There are currently no registration fees available.

General terms and conditions

By registering you have to accept the general terms and conditions and accept that your registration is considered binding immediately, but participation to the event is possible only after full payment of the registration fee.

Please note that any arrangements related to the participation of the participant in an AIJA event, including but not limited to booking or cancellation of accommodation or flights, as well as respecting the cancellation deadlines indicated in the general terms and conditions, are the sole responsibility of the participant. AIJA shall not be held liable for any expenses the participant may suffer as the result of participant’s failure to comply with his/her obligations.

It is recommended for each participant to purchase a cancellation and travel insurance.

Please note that in-house counsel registrations are subject to review and confirmation by AIJA. AIJA considers in-house counsel professionals who hold a university degree in law allowing access to a bar association and practicing law as an in-house counsel in private, public, or non-profit companies, institutions or organisations. Please note that in-house counsel who are at the same time active as fee-earning lawyers or consultants are not eligible to the discounted in-house counsel fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Transportation Guide from Istanbul Airport to Taksim CVK Hotel Bosphorus
Traveling from Istanbul Airport to the Taksim CVK Hotel Bosphorus is easy and there are several options to choose from depending on your preference.

1. Taxi:

Journey Duration: Approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on traffic. 
Directions: Taxis are readily available at the airport. Follow the signs to the taxi ranks outside the arrivals terminal. Taxi is the fastest option from Istanbul Airport. 
Cost: The approximate fare ranges from TRY 800-1,400, depending on traffic and your exact starting and arrival point.

2. Shuttle Services: 

Journey Duration: Around 40-90 minutes.
Directions: Look for the Havaist shuttle buses at the transport area. Board the bus heading towards Taksim Square. The buses are comfortable and have storage for your luggage. CVK Boshphorus is around 10-13 minutes walking distance from the shuttle stop.

Cost: The fare is typically around 205 TRY per person, and tickets can be purchased online or through the Havaist app.  


3. Metro:

Journey Duration: Approximately 70-90 minutes.
Directions: From Istanbul Airport, take the M11 metro line towards Kağıthane Station.
Transfer at Gayrettepe station to the Metro line M2. 
Exit at Taksim Station.
CVK Boshphorus is around 8 minutes walking distance from the metro stop.
Cost: The fare is about TRY 50-100 for a single journey. Metro tickets can be purchased from the stations. 
Travel Cards: You can use an Istanbulkart, the city’s public transportation card, which can be purchased and recharged at major transit points, kiosks, and machines. Individual tokens for single journeys are also available at vending machines. Cash and/or credit cards can be used at the vending machines.
