AIJA is the only global association devoted to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under. However, AIJA is also founded on the ageless idea of creating a long-lasting community through professional collaboration and friendship.
Many of our alumni, including Honorary Members, continue as such to participate in the association’s life and contribute to it even after reaching the age limit. They do so by upholding their membership fees and remaining supporting members. We thank them for that. We are glad to count with more than 300 supporting members today.
AIJA is a big tent organisation that welcomes to its community of supporting members individuals of all ages and backgrounds whether they've previously been an active member or have never formally joined the association.
AIJA ensures that way that its network remains vibrant, diverse, and enriched by the experiences and insights of all its members, past and present.
