Are you seeking opportunities to boost your professional development? What will be the crucial DNA of the future law firm – one that caters to a broader stakeholder group catering evolving client needs, new workforce expectations and expectations to see ESG as something way beyond tick-the-box compliance?
The session will consist first of a short presentation given by Victoria Swedjemark from Venturis on some key elements and characteristics of the future law firm, followed by the small-group discussion on what can be done on an individual level vs what must be built on a more structural level and what the key opportunites are, as well as barriers.
