Meribeth Banaschik is the Chief Innovation Officer at EY for Western Europe, and a Partner in EY’s Forensic and Integrity Services in Germany. She has an expertise in E-Discovery solutions, managed document review, document intelligence, data protection technology, and privacy compliance.
Daniel Meyers is the President of TransPerfect Legal Solutions’ Consulting division. TransPerfect is a global provider of legal technology solutions and services. Prior to joining TransPerfect, Dan was a litigation Partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm and the Chair of the firm’s E-Discovery & Information Governance practice group. He has been working at the intersection of law and technology for the past 20 years.
