About our guests
Anouk Rosielle is a partner at Dentons, at the Amsterdam office. She specialises in dispute resolution, mainly corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Paulo Nasser is a partner at M Nasser Dispute Resolution, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Paulo has extensive expertise in domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration, advising Brazilian and multinational clients in complex cases involving corporate and commercial matters. Paulo is also a professor of contractual and tort liability in a master’s degree program in São Paulo.
Sophie Lens is a counsel at Altius, one of the largest Belgian independent full-service law firms, established in Brussels. Sophie specialises in intellectual property matters, with particular expertise in trademark and patent litigation, anti-counterfeiting and parallel-trade matters, as well as trade secrets. Her legal practice also includes unfair market practices, advertising, as well as drafting opinions and contracts in IP-related matters.
Armando Perna is a lawyer and businessman expert in restructuring, distressed M&A and corporate litigation in Milan, Italy.
